New Sign In Experience with Talentech ID

In November 2019 we announced our user login and identity management, Talentech ID. The new function makes it easier for users to log in and they can use one single user account across all products across the Talentech portfolio. Currently Talentech ID is supported in Talent Recruiter, Talent Manager and Talent Onboarding, but will also be rolled out to more products gradually.

Some customers have already been using the new sign in experience for a while, and we are now starting the rollout to the rest of the customers. If you are not already using the new sign in experience, you can expect it to be activate for your system some time over the next few days and weeks.

What will be different?

The main different your users will see, is that the login page looks a bit different as shown in the screenshot below.

 

User must set a new password

When the new sign in system is enabled, all your users need to activate their account and set a new password. Users will be guided through this on their first login.

The activation process will send an email to the user’s email address. We recommend that your IT department white lists our email addresses to make sure the emails can be delivered. Details about this can be found here.

 

Using Single Sign On?

If your company is logging on to our systems using single sign on via Azure AD, ADFS or some other SAML IDP, we will contact you before migrating.
