The user synchronization documented here assumes you are using Talentech ID or SSO through Talentech ID for authentication.
As a Talentech customer you can automate the management of user accounts through our SCIM API. SCIM is a standard for automating the exchange of user identity information between IT systems.
You can either use our SCIM API directly, or you can use our Azure marketplace app for easy setup if you are managing your users in Azure AD.
